We need your data for fulfillment of your orders. For orders and later handling following data will be collected and stored: your name, address, e-mail-address, telephone number if needed.

Passing on of data to third persons will not be done, except to the commissioned shipping company (Austria Post, DHL) for delivery of your ordered goods and to our tax accountant for fulfillment of tax obligations.

After finish of your order all data of the contractual relationship will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and further on, as long as titles are derivable, and deleted after this, if there are no further duties to preserve records (f.e. tax law).

We use technical and organizational safety precautions to protect stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction and access by unauthorized persons. Our safety precautions will be steady optimized according to technical progress.

You have the right of information, correction, deleting, limitation of processing, data transferability and revocation.
